Rod was employed in the transportation and sales industry for many years before joining Marathon Coach more than six years ago. He is a native Oregonian, who enjoys an abundance of outdoor activities—from fishing, hunting, and hiking to bike riding and golf, to name a few. Rod also loves to travel. "One of the many advantages of the 21st century is the freedom we have to explore the United States in a manner unknown to previous generations," he says. When he isn’t traveling, Rod enjoys spending quality time enthusiastically coaching his son in a variety of sports.
