Phil Cornelius grew up in Baytown, Texas just outside of Houston. Having begun his "RV" career in 1987, Phil joined Marathon Coach in 1994. He has established quite a performance record with Marathon, holding the position as national sales leader since 1998. His achievements are a result of hard work and an ethical approach to his profession. However, Phil attributes his success to a loyal and gracious customer base and the continual support and assistance of his wife, Kim.

Phil and Kim participate in rallies together and enjoy the great outdoors when the opportunity presents itself. "I enjoy my work," he said. "I meet a variety of people and consider many of my clients to be good friends."
